...I am there among them.

SERVICES

At Brooks Chapel, we have a more traditional style of worshipping God...

Sunday mornings begin with Sunday School, where the congregation breaks into several age-specific classes to study lessons that open God's Word for us.  Our worship services consist of well-known hymns, times for prayer, special music, children's church, and the weekly message.  Sunday evening services are more relaxed, and (though led by our pastor) are often more discussion-oriented.  Wednesday night Bible studies provide a good opportunity to grow in the knowledge of God's Word...and as his Word teaches, growth in knowledge leads to growth in faith.

Occasional services include revival services at least twice a year, children and youth activities for the young and the young-at-heart, potluck meals, special singings, cluster meetings...the list goes on and on!

At Brooks Chapel, there is sure to be something for everyone to enjoy as they grow in their relationship with the Lord!

Sunday School: 10 AM

So what can I expect during a Sunday morning service?

A warm welcome first and foremost!  With an average Sunday morning attendance of between forty-five and fifty, you will surely feel like part of the family on your very first visit.

Once worship begins, we strive to be God-centered in all that we say and do.  Worship is about him--not about us.  We follow a somewhat traditional order of worship, but leave room for the Spirit to move.  Big things can happen when we get out of the way and let God take control!

LOCATION

How do I find you?

It's easy!  From Murray, head north on HWY 641 (aka 12th St.).  From Wal-Mart, you will travel approximately 8 miles before you reach a turnoff for HWY 1346 (aka Roosevelt Rd.).  This turnoff will be on your right.  Once you make this turn, you'll be driving east.  Keep going east for approximately two miles, and you'll see Brooks Chapel Rd. (there will be a church sign and street sign) on your right.  Make that right turn, and the church is just down the road on the right.
